Operations Manger

We are looking for an operations manager. As our first operations hire, you will be the backbone of the company. Your mission is to build and manage the organizational infrastructure that allows our engineering team to focus entirely on technical breakthroughs. • Manage 3rd party providers for payroll, health insurance, 401(k) administration and employee onboarding/offboarding
• Oversee daily accounting tasks, manage the reimbursement process, and coordinate with our external tax firm for filings and compliance.
• Handle shipping and receiving for semiconductor components and lab equipment, ensuring smooth logistics at this early stage
• Act as the primary point of contact for all non-technical 3rd party services, including legal, HR, and insurance
• Assist in organizing board meetings, maintain company records, and handle other "catch-all" tasks essential for a growing startup

• 3+ years of experience in operations, HR, or office management, preferably within a high-growth startup or a hardware/semiconductor environment
• Proven ability to handle multiple domains (Finance, HR, Logistics) simultaneously
• A "no task is too small" attitude with a track record of building processes from scratch
• Proficiency with modern startup tools (e.g., Gusto/Rippling for HR, QuickBooks for accounting, Expensify for reimbursements)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage relationships with external partners effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
